Ari Good, JD, LL.M. CAMS is an attorney focused on the legal and strategic needs of financial services companies in the blockchain space. His clients include international payments companies, token issuers, cryptocurrency exchanges, DeFi projects and others. Mr. Good is also a seasoned compliance professional, having served as a fractional Chief Compliance Officer for crypto payments companies. He conducts AML/CTF and international sanctions compliance audits and develops enterprise compliance programs for FinTech companies. Mr. Good routinely defends clients in governmental audits and regulatory inquiries at both the state and federal level. Mr. Good studied securities and financial services regulation at the Georgetown University Law Center, and holds an LL.M. in taxation from the University of Florida, a JD from DePaul University and a BA from the University of Michigan. Mr. Good is licensed to practice law in Florida and Washington, D.C.
